Our team has more than 10 years’ experience in developing, financing and managing renewable energy and waste infrastructure projects.

GR Project Consulting has also overseen the delivery and management of over 20 operational projects with a capital investment value of over £200m, from project origination and feasibility right through to operational optimisation and refinance & exit strategies.

Management

GR Project Consulting has extensive experience in the management of operational projects, through both construction and as operational assets.

Our team provides asset management support in respect of financial, environmental, legal, regulatory, and operational management issues to a portfolio of infrastructure schemes, supporting debt and equity funders to maximise project returns.

In order to optimise financial performance, we facilitate effective communication and support throughout the project’s key contractors and stakeholders, ranging from practical on site issues to interactions at Board Room level.

Our Experience

Examples of projects we have been involved in, include the following;

Working with developers of an on-farm 600 scmh gas to grid Anaerobic Digestion project in Kent to procure funders and contractors for the project, manage the professional advisers and co-ordinate all activities to financial close.
Supporting a recycling business in connection with procurement of finance and management of professional advisers in connection with a specialist recycling equipment infrastructure project.
Advising an existing food waste biogas to power project in connection with all aspects of an expansion project, including refinancing an existing facility and securing additional funds to procure a gas to grid expansion.
Working with funders to assess opportunities for refinance and acquisition in the biogas sector, including conducting diligence and transaction management services.
